Health X Social Art Therapy Workshops

WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS

Through a person centred approach, Health x Social Art Therapy Workshops is designed to suit all abilities to facilitate social connectedness, cultivate insights and promote well-being by creating a safe platform for participants to connect with each other through arts and self-expression.

Facilitated by an art therapist, in the 4 weeks of art experiential participants will experience self-discovery and enhance their sense of well-being through the exploration of these themes: Self-journey, gratitude, building personal resources and self-care. Through the creative process of using art, it aims to facilitate participants’ reconnection with parts of themselves through personal narratives to resolve conflicts, problems, reduce stress and increase self-awareness.

No art-making experience is necessary to participate, just a willingness to explore! Join us in therapeutic art making alongside others!
