In this monthly series of recreational activities, MINDS Caregivers Support Services Centre and Our Tampines Hub warmly invite you to “TGIF with MINDS and OTH”, specially created for both Caregivers and Persons with Intellectual Disabilities.

Join other fellow caregivers for regular workout sessions with trained instructors while your loved ones with special needs immerse themselves in arts and crafts sessions with volunteers from MINDS. At the end of the session, enjoy a free lunch together by the Therapeutic Garden at OTH.
