About the speaker:
Xin
Hui Aw Yong discovered the BodyTalk System™ in 2018 when she made a
full recovery from a chronic hip pain. Despite her research background,
she was bothered by the lack of solutions or explanations to the health
challenges that face many people in current society. This led her to
become a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. With a Masters degree in
Exercise Physiology. Xin Hui's ongoing journey to seek a purpose-driven
life has led to more than a decade combined experience of working in
clinical, field and academic settings with paediatric, normal, athletic
and military populations of diverse nationalities. She is also a strong
advocate for mental health and believes in a holistic approach towards
living as well as navigating health challenges.
