Autism Awareness Month Special!
Everyone’s energy levels change throughout the day — sometimes we feel sleepy, calm and focused, or full of zooming energy! In this fun and hands-on workshop, learners will become their own “Energy Detectives” — learning to notice how their energy and feelings change, and what they can do to feel balanced again.
Through simple games, clear visuals, and interactive activities, learners will:
- Explore what low, just right, and high energy feel like
- Learn different ways to calm down, focus, or recharge
- Practice matching their energy to what’s needed for different activities
At the end of the session, each learner will create their own Energy Toolkit — a personalized set of tools and strategies they can use anytime, anywhere, to help them feel calm, focused, or ready for action.
Note: This is a 1.5-hour interactive workshop designed for learning and self-awareness. It is not intended to replace therapy or professional intervention.
