Information and Referral Services

If you wish to apply for disability services or schemes, but are currently not receiving support from any social service or medical touchpoints in doing so, you may approach SG Enable for assistance.


Overview

For persons with disabilities and caregiver/s who are currently unknown to any social service or medical touchpoints, SG Enable can assist you by assessing your needs, linking you to appropriate resources, and supporting and facilitating referrals to government-funded disability services and schemes based on your assessed needs.

 

Who can approach SG Enable?

  • Persons with suspected/any forms of disability or their caregivers who require support in applying for related services and schemes

  • Community or other related touchpoints (e.g. grassroots networks, volunteers, General Practitioners) who wish to seek support on behalf of persons with suspected/any forms of disabilities or their caregivers
