Special Student Care Centres (SSCC)

Special Student Care Centres (SSCCs) offer subsidised before and after school care services for students with special needs aged 7 to 18.

From July 1 2020, the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) will

  1. Enhance subsidies for Special Student Care services to better support families
  2. Broaden the income criteria for means-tested subsidies so that more families qualify for Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA).
