Overview
Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Concession Card holders can enjoy up to 55% off adult fares and do not have to pay additional fares for travel distances beyond 7.2km. They can also purchase monthly concession passes for unlimited travel on train and basic bus services.

Who Can Apply
- Persons who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Aged 7 to below 60 years old
- Have a permanent disability based on any one of the following:
- Physical Disability: Requires some assistance with at least 1 of the 6 Activities of Daily Living due to physical impairment
- Moderate visual impairment or worse in the better eye
- Moderate hearing loss or worse in the better ear
- Intellectual disability
- Autism
Proof of disability must be provided using the Disability Verification Form (DVF) completed by a relevant registered Healthcare Professional.
Generally, only one concession card may be held by an individual at any one time. More information can be found under 'Eligibility Criteria' at SimplyGo.
How To Apply
Before proceeding, all applicants are encouraged to check if your disability status has already been verified by logging into SupportGoWhere with your Singpass.
For SPED school graduates and applicants with a verified disability status:
Apply directly via SimplyGo.
Applicants will need to have the following prepared:
1 x colour, passport-sized photograph*
*The photograph must:
- Be taken within the last three months
- Have a white background
- Show the full face from the top of the head to the chin
- Have neatly combed or tied up hair
If you do not have a verified disability status:
Step 1: Download the Disability Verification Form (DVF) and have it completed by a relevant registered Healthcare Professional.
Step 2: Submit your completed Disability Verification Form (DVF) via SupportGoWhere by logging in using your Singpass.
For applicants without Singpass, you may email the completed Disability Verification Form (DVF) to msfdisability@bizlink.org.sg
You will be informed via email on the outcome of your disability verification within 15 working days.
Step 3: You may proceed to SimplyGo Website/App or SimplyGo Service Centre to apply for PWDCC 3 days after receiving the outcome of your successful verification.
Applicants will need to have the following prepared:

SimplyGo will send out the Persons with Disabilities Concession Card to the applicant within 4 weeks upon receiving the application from SG Enable.
Report Faulty/Replace Card
Faulty Card
Bring your faulty card to any SimplyGo Ticket Office / Ticketing Service Centre to get it checked.
Replace Card
- Apply online at https://concportal.simplygo.com.sg/replacement/replacementapplication.aspx
- Apply at any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre for immediate replacement.
- Get an immediate replacement of lost card at the SimplyGo Kiosk.
For immediate replacement at SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre, please bring along:
- Original NRIC, NRIC/Re-entry Permit for Singapore Permanent Residents
- One colour passport-sized photograph taken within the last three months
If someone is helping you to replace your card, they will have to present their NRIC / Passport in addition to the above-mentioned items.
