• Description

    Autism Awareness Month Special!

Everyone faces ups and downs, but how we think about situations can make a big difference in how we feel.

In this fun and practical 1.5-hour workshop, learn simple ways to stay positive and handle challenges with confidence.

    • Through short activities, reflection, and discussion, participants will:
    • Understand what it really means to “stay positive” (it’s not pretending everything is okay!)
    • Learn how to notice negative thoughts and shift to more helpful ones
    • Practise gratitude and self-kindness
    • Build a small “positivity toolkit” that they can use at school, work, or home

This workshop focuses on realistic positivity — learning to accept challenges while finding balanced, supportive ways of thinking.

Note: This is a 1.5-hour interactive workshop designed for learning and self-awareness. It is not intended to replace therapy or professional intervention.
