Enabling Services Hubs (ESHs) offer community support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers closer to their homes. The first hub is in Tampines.
The establishment of ESHs is part of efforts under the Enabling Masterplan 2030 and takes a regional approach to bring community support services closer to the homes of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
The first ESH has been set up in Tampines by SG Enable, in partnership with SPD. Enabling Services Hub @ Tampines (ESH@Tampines) is located at Tampines West Community Club and serves persons with disabilities and their caregivers residing in Tampines and Bedok.
SG Enable will launch two more ESHs at Jurong West and Punggol in 2025. These new ESHs will serve persons with disabilities in Jurong West and Punggol, Hougang, Sengkang and Serangoon towns. This webpage will be updated as more ESHs are set up in Singapore.
The ESHs offer:
For Everyone
Organised in collaboration with community partners such as People’s Association, these activities encourage social inclusion and improve the social skills of persons with disabilities through accessible "open group" activities. These activities are usually held outdoors and are open to all.
Examples of such activities include:
If you are a person with disability or caregiver looking to engage with your fellow neighbours in fun activities, you can browse through our Enabling Guide Events calendar and register your interest directly with the event organisers. For ESH@Tampines clients, you can check out the activities schedule to see what is available for the month.
If you are keen to volunteer or are aware of any persons with disabilities that may benefit from ESH, you may indicate your interest at or refer them to:
ESH serves as a first stop information and referral touchpoint for everyone. If you need disability support and services, ESH will link you up with suitable service providers.
For Eligible Persons with Disabilities
Continual Education & Learning Courses are typically delivered in closed group settings for ESH clients, focusing on building capabilities and skill retention.
Examples include:
For Eligible Caregivers
Caregivers of ESH clients can tap respite care services and get connected to fellow caregivers and befrienders through community activities and training courses.
You can enrol with ESH if you are:
If you are not enrolled with ESH, fret not! You can still participate in the inclusive community activities, and can explore the rest of our Enabling Guide and Caregiver Learning Roadmap for more information on the support available for you.
