Supported Transition and Engagement Programme (STEP)

A transition support programme for recent SPED school graduates who are waiting for enrolment into government-funded adult disability services. While waiting for enrolment into these services, SPED graduates can attend STEP which offers engagement activities at least twice a week. Activities will include workshops on independent living skills and social outings where they will mostly be held in one of the SPED school campus(es).
