The Mount Alvernia Outreach Clinic is a community outreach initiative by Mount Alvernia Hospital. It aims to provide quality healthcare and dental services for the vulnerable and marginalised communities that have fallen through the cracks of the conventional safety net.
Services Available
- Mount Alvernia Outreach Medical Clinic
Services: General practitioner consultation and medication for the management of common acute illnesses and the prevention and management of simple chronic conditions. Medical services for persons with disabilities with *valid identity at $15.
Operating hours: Monday and Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm; Tuesday to Thursday, 12pm to 4pm and 5pm to 8pm
- Mount Alvernia Outreach Dental^ Clinic
Services: Basic dental services of routine scaling, polishing, filling and extraction. Wheelchair tilter to cater for wheelchair-bound patients. Dental services for persons with disabilities with *valid identity at $30.
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5.30pm

- Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) services are available for persons with disabilities. Please write in to outreachclinic@mtalvernia.sg for more information.
*Disabilities Concession Card; Development Disability Registry Identity Card or any disability membership card issued by the various disability service providers or special education schools.
